I had a problem of slip disc.
I was not able walk, sit or even sleep properly for almost one month.
The pain was from my lower back to left foot and painkillers had no effect.
My Orthopaedic doctor has suggested me to go to Dr. Paras Shembekar for physiotherapy. He also advised me to undergo operation if the condition does not improve in next 3-4 weeks.
Finally, I landed at Dr. Paras Shembekar’s clinic. He understood my problem and told me that my problem is a mechanical problem and needs to be solved mechanically ie. by doing exercise.
I started doing the exercises suggested by him and within a month I had recovered almost 95%. .
Now after 2 months of his advice and treatment, I am able to walk 3-4 km in one stretch without any issues.
Dr. Paras Shembekar is very co-operative, friendly and always keeps you motivated.
I highly recommend to visit his clinic for physiotherapy.

Thank you all so much for your excellent care. I am feeling so much better now than when I started my PT. Although I hope I do have to "visit" anytime again soon, it really was such a pleasure to spend time at EPT. Your professionalism, concern and friendliness were much appreciated.
