Good flat scheme of mhada sdpl PPP model. Construction is great. All accessories are top class.
Cons includes small carpet area and ventilation. No windows in hall or bedroom passage side. Passage width is small.
But at affordable price you can overlook the Cons. A home for needy people.

Parking space wud be a fighting issue for sure. Seems they built extra flats on ground in parking area for extra profit i guess. It wud be a bad decision.

Overall okay 3.5 star.
