They really provide a good service. This branch is crowded but it is managed in a good way. One arm guard is there as well. Staff members are polite and generous and they do really care about their customers. I got a very good service here and always got my work done in a sophisticated way.

Today's Very Bad Experience with this Dighori Branch...
There is a lady in this branch namely Shameen... who called my father thrice on phone that u have to come in branch for some verification.
When my father went to branch today Dated 15/01/2021, she was insisting him to apply for Credit Card. There was no any verification of account, indirectly she called him to Bank only for Credit Card.

In this COVID situation, she didn't ask his age, she didn't ask his Interest in Credit Card & she directly called him to bank and asked to apply for Credit Card. This is very unprofessional & ignorance.

My father is 61 yrs old & he has Diabetes since last 21 yrs. He has been taking insulin twice in a day since last 10 years. And in this situation, she mad lady asked him to come to branch for a Credit Card which is not mandatory. This is very surprising that SBI person goes to any level for selling their Credit Card. She doesn't care her customer & doesn't take precausions in this COVID situation. REALLY SHAME ON YOU SHAMEEN !!!
