Seriously I have been dealing with this store since long and brought My washing machine, Fridge and today A phone. But today the shopping experience was so pathetic I cannot explain. Firstly when we entered the store and selected our phone shop keeper promised that he will provide back cover with phone, later I was having 1600 points in my Samsung club card which he promised he will redeem at final settlement of bill but when I made the down payment he denied that the points cannot be redeemed due to some technical glitch. Afterward when I questioned more the behavior of people in shop became very unprofessional that they even kept the carry bag on floor and asked us to pick up same to keep the good. I give 1* to such unprofessional people who even don't know how to retain customers.
