Very poor service many times they will visit each time they will say to replace one or the other part of the product don't have sence that customer is not a fool. Don't have knowledge unprofessional not at all recommended for repair, horrible service never ever call them for any service

Worst experience. First of all, they took many days to repair my phone Galaxy S20 plus. The repair cost was around 15600 Rs. where the display was replaced. When I got my phone and went home, I found that there was a black spot on the display. Then again I went to repair it the next day and it is gonna take another week or so for the repairs. Also they are not even sure whether they can repair it under warranty. They contacting Samsung to check whether they should fix it or not. Seriously? You gave me damaged display and instead of replacing it right away, you are confirming whether you should fix your mistake or charge the customer for it?

Not only this, but during this entire time, i was not given any spare mobile , no compensation, not any free pickup or drop service even for their own mistake. And I am suffering here from so many days even after spending 15600 on the display and travelling to the service center 3 times which costs me Rs. 500 everytime for the fuel for my car. I am without a phone since few days now and my number is inactive because of that. I don't have any other phone to use.
