Very fraud company. Please don't buy insurance from it. They won't reply you or reply very late when you claim for the insurance. My uncle's car's accident happened 2 months ago and even now, they haven't approved insurance. I would have given 0 starts but there is no option.

Claim process is absolutely rubbish.....
Do not take royal sundaram insurance....
It taken you will cry definitely.....
Buy any other company's insurance but not Royal Sundaram

Please consider this post as official feedback on the customer support operations within the company.

There is an absolutely abhorrent customer service system in place that feels just shy of borderline harassment. Let me give you my own example to elaborate. My car was involved in an accident and was insured by your company. My car was given to the @eroshyundai showroom in Nagpur on January 12th. Repairs and insurance approvals took over a week, and I had to constantly chase people to get a response. I am posting this review with the hope that this will be rectified in the future. My car is still awaiting repairs as we speak. We have had to face major incovenience due to this. The purpose we purchase cars and insurance is to be able to live comfortably, and my current experience defeats that very purpose.

If this is the experience premium policy holders are subjected to, I must really feel for those who aren't. I wish you all the best and hope your process will be smoother and hassle-free, which your website audaciously claims.

I wish to add the name of employee, but my friend recommend not to it.
