Got my asus laptop repaired here for Screen replacement. Contacted them on call. Sent my laptop details on whatsapp got approximate cost for repair. Visited their office, they have good safety measures in regard of COVID-19. The service was very quick as well. Submitted my laptop in morning and received in the evening. Very cost efficient and was near to the approx value they provided. Quality work, my laptop screen is working fine. Would definitely recommend.

Immature, unprofessional n petty thrives is the apt description of them. When I gave them my laptop it was dead due to rain damage but it was giving signs of life like power was coming n going. First they promised me that they would do the diagnosis in a day or two, I was also okay as I knew that it was dead so it will take time. Then they told me that it would take another 4-5 days as the "diagnosis" was still going on. All this time they time they never cared to tell me anything about my laptop instead it was me who was calling them n begging to let me know the status. Finally after 7 days they returned the laptop saying that only solution is to change the motherboard and I told them please let me know the charges I would go for it. But it has been a month already they have never reverted. Moreover the power which was coming n going previously is not happening now, there's no sign of life whatsoever in my laptop which is a sure shot evidence that certainly they have taken out certain parts from my laptop. Actually it's now that my laptop is finally completely dead. In my experience at Max what they can do is basic jobs if you leave your laptop with them, then definitely there's a chance that they would replace some good parts from your laptop.

My macbook pro 2017 was shutting on n off by itself, staff at reedist explained me throughly and they did it at just Rs.7200, which was far less than what i was told at apple care.
