Worst bank ever visited. The employees don't have a sense of talking with their customers. The manager too doesn't know how to behave with the public. Very rude and ill mannered. The ATM and passbook service is hardly working every time I visit. Worst experience in this bank???????? Not even worth giving 1 star

Bank employee works not satisfactory , lot of time customer wating for work . Employees behavior extremely bad.

Worst bank in this location . Please make the good behave to the customer and it's bank work do fast .

When you think about public banks CROUD is always in your mind. But this PNB branch is a very good day-to-day operation. Staff is quite good and helpful for working but sometimes they miss the assured points. The lack of facilities available in this branch can improve. Very difficult to open a locker facility for common people, if you can accept their offer you can get it. I didn't face too many problems in this branch. The last thing, ATM operation is very poor, ATM maximum time not working or lack of cash, Passbook printing kiosk is always not working and staff did not care on that.
My review is mixed but a little positive. I thought that some problems can improve as early as possible. Thank You.
