Useless.Worst staff do not trust them for reports .If you care about ur patient please stay away from this centre.
:Reply- I was accompanying the patient .I do not want to share patient names and details here as your staff is well aware of everything and they have Patients and mine information as well , I had already wasted my time and energy enough.

do not go, inexperienced people (not even nurses) trying to do mammography and later saying the scan didn't happened as machine is not working now. Took my refund and went to another imaging centre. also to add i wasted my 2.5 hours here. Post reply from the owner:- why didn't the people who were doing my mammo knew how to do it?? Why was the girl on videocall with the actual assistant who came after people over there were unable to understand what was wrong with the mammo machine. Please make sure atleast that knowledgeable people are doing mammo (it has rays which can harm human body if done repeatedly- mine was done for 4 5 times as the machine was not capturing properly)

Absolutely pathetic staff and protocols at the hospital. When inquired about a duplicate film, i was informed it would cost 300 per film for a total of 2100 and INR 200 for reprinting the report. A test which costs INR 15,000 should not charge this high for a duplicate film. The staff was rude when probed about the high price of the reprint. I would recommend everyone to avoid this hospital and search for alternatives.
