The service Centre is total chaos, mismanaged and worst.
I registered a service call on central help line and I received a call from Bajaj Nagar service Centre.
The people working here are very lethargic. They give least importance to the work. The way they deal with customers is total humiliation.
I received my washing machine after 10days that to after going to service Centre and questioning the people about why are they not delivering the machine in promised time.
Even after 10days, the work was not done.
They said that the gear box was changed but I am doubtful as they were not ready to show the gear box or were not having any proof of replacement of gear box and the problem of vibrations, tilting of drum on one side and sound still persists.
The machanic did not care to note all the things on job card inspite of me asking him to write the details.
Machine was delivered to me after lot of follow up. The washing machine was in total mess. No de-scaling was done, none of the problems were resolved.
Moreover, the people here are careless about customer satisfaction including the owner, Mr. Bijwe.
They charged me around Rs. 6000 for worst service and total disappointment with wastage of time.
