This was our second time staying and love it. We get package deal, so we see the Play, get a carriage ride, 2 dinners and gift basket. It is well worth the price, plan on returning every year! Room was beautiful, comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast. really appreciate the bottle water in the room as well

It's a normal hotel with normal amenities. The food is fine, the bed is OK, the cupboard is fine as well. You do have ample hot water supply and the bathrooms are good and spacious too unlike the rooms. The one upside is the good staff that's well spoken and conveniently available for service. The rooms are too close to each other.

We stay here for 1 day and 2 night. There is no proper service given by hotel staff like rooms are not clean, no water provided when reached in rooms, towels not provided, no toilet paper, no soap. Mirror in the bathroom is like you cannot see your face.
No hot water was provided.
Breakfast was not served properly. They order limited breakfast from outside, if one of the breakfast item is finished and customers ask to repeat then staff replies it's finished.

Overall very bad experience
