Rooms are not clean.. Owner must have to take care about room cleaning. Also if booking done by oyo app in amount less than 1200 rs then owner will say our oyo rooms are not ready or give some other excuses and will ask for more money without that they will not allow.

It is very difficult to describe the state of this hotel but I will try.

1. First of all, this hotel is managed by 3-4 kids, of age no more than 16 years. The owner (who is actually a tenant of this property and the property) never shows his face.

2. The kids do not know an iota of running a facility like this. Everything in the hotel was mismanaged. The kids are least bothered about the convenience of the guest. They are there for one sole purpose of extorting money from guests with lies, cheating, and hooliganism.

3. When we went there for check-in, 30 mins before the scheduled check-in time of 12:00 pm, the manager kid initially refused to acknowledge our booking from goibibo. Then he went on cursing the agencies and said we do not accept guests who book online. We want cash to be paid here. Then, arguments unfold. Few minutes later, he agrees to take us in as if he is showing pity on us. He then asked for 300 Rs extra for 30 min early check-in. We said that we will wait for 30 min. I asked whether we could sit there or was there any charge for that as well. He told us cunningly to sit there. Few minutes later, he told us to go to a room. During all this discussion, the other staff kids were resting on the sofa, eating and chatting. I did not know then that they are the ones who do room cleaning work.

4. When we went to our room, we found that the room was not ready to occupy. We told the staff to clean the room asap. Few minutes later, I found the toilet fittings were broken. The AC was leaking profusely. Initially, he refused to do anything but then he said that he will give us another room. I checked almost every room of the hotel. Every room was full of filth (Alcohol bottles, chips packets, condom wrappers, etc.). All the sheets were stained, probably due to a lot of activities going on in this hotel. One can verify that this hotel is a popular destination among unmarried kids who want to spend a few hours there for personal time. Probably that is the reason, the hotel staff keep the hotel least maintained as the guests are young kids who use the hotel rooms for their carnal needs only.

5. Now, the hotel manager kid started playing his dirty tricks on us. He offered us his more expensive room for 500 Rs more for two days. We were already tired of our journey and already spent 1.5 hrs arguing and finding a worth staying spot in the entire hotel, so we agreed reluctantly. Now the cleaning staff kids were doing the cleaning at their place in that expensive, so called deluxe room. The sheets were as usual dirty, and spotted. The walls had stains of something strange. None of the rooms has a table or chair. Only a queen sized bed is provided. There is no ventilation in the washroom and living space. The toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. The toilet fittings were loose. The cleaning staff kid misbehaved with my wife as he did not want to clean the room properly. They should have kept the rooms clean before check-in time of guests but they are not bothered.

6. The toilet flush in that room stopped working the next day. The cleaning staff kid threatened my wife the next day in my absence. He wanted those 500 Rs. that we already promised to pay. But, their attitude was more of extorting money, not doing their job properly and on time. We discussed this issue with the so-called owner-tenant of the property. He was apologetic of the misbehavior of the staff, but very uncooperative about the lack of promised basic amenities in the hotel. We could have filed a police complaint against them for harassing my wife, but we wanted to focus on our larger purpose of Nagpur visit.

To sum up, I will suggest to the guests who are planning to stay there, to not stay there at all if they care for their life and peace of mind. Unless the hotel undertakes a complete change of staff with more mature and experienced people with hospitality aptitude, and a major renovation work at the premise, this hotel is not worthy of anything.
