Awesome palce to stay.

Just takes time to bring food.

Otherwise everything is just perfect.

I loved the stay with my family.

AC was of 2 ton.

Chinese food was very tasty.

Clean bathrooms.

Hot and cold water always available.

Tv did not work at room 105 i dont remember the number, but it was the room just next to the reception. There are a short of stall shortage i think, i called them 12 times to get some water and plates but no one answered. They ask you to submit the keys when you go out. That seems weird. Thegoogle map link given at oyo is also not correct and they have no boards showing OYO sigh. Again the reception dint pick up the call so we had tough time finding it. Again not at par with the OYO in Chandigadh sector 10 and not even close to OYO Near SRM UNIVERSITY CHENNAI.. And they will not help you with your luggage.

It was overall a worst experience I had in my life , I had booked accommodation for 3 person (parents n elder brother) last night as they were visiting nagpur for medical treatment.

I was on my way back to work from seoni to pune , I travelled with them so that they do not face any issue to find hotel n check-in.

We reached to Oyo 23541 by 6pm , I planned to get some rest there n then catch my train at 0750 pm from ajni railway station which was just 600 meter away from this location.

But when we reached they said we don't have any room available n they already informed goibibo and they also mentioned that we don't have contract with goibibo and they frequently sending wrong booking to us.

Good part was the reception guy avinash provided a temporary room for stay for 1-2hr for freshen up as I had to catch the train n at the same time keep parents luggage for the time they came to see off.

Upon reaching I was trying for alternate option as your team didn't arrange any accommodation n cancelled at the last moment , when my brother n parents reached back to collect the luggage , avinash said I have one room available now.

And he asked 1000 rupees as one night tarrif n provided us that room.

I don't know if it's matter of difference in amount what we paid through goibibo ~750 inr n expectation was 1000 inr.
