We checked into the hotel in the morning, whereas they were at first not interested to accommodate us early before 12 pm check in. Then when we said early check in for ₹200 was available in Mumbai! they asked for ₹500 and allowed us 12pm check out. They provided only one towel, soap and other amenities. We ordered for coffee and breakfast both times we got only excuses and unwanted delays. Reception guys are not well versed with reality. They allotted room no. 201, only to realise that it is occupied and then we had to shift to room no. 102. Pathetic service. Also neither of the rooms were cleaned, eaten plates, cups saucers, flasks were left idling and unattended leading to bad smell???????? In my opinion avoid this hotel. It might be cheap but not worth it. You have better options in Nagpur worth the same price.

The worst! First they asked us to pay 300 extra because apparently THEY had made some mistake on the MakeMyTrip website. We paid this extra as we had driven all day long, we were exhausted and needed to rest. After checking-in, once set in the hotel with our luggage, the staff told us that we had to leave cause they suddenly wouldn't accept unmarried couples (we had specifically choosen this hotel because they wrote that they allow couples on MakeMyTrip!!). So after loosing 1h in traffic, checking in and out and fighting to get out money back, we had to leave without any explanation or excuses from the staff and find another place! So disrespectful and irresponsible! A scam, absolutely avoid this rat hole!

Overall it was a nice stay. Staff is courteous,food is good and very centrally located,though it's quite small to be called as a hotel.
Overall,I would recommend people staying here.
