Service and treatment is very good thank you for taking care of my son(om nasare) I got fabulous experience in new era mothers and children as the doctor and staff are best this hospital is very good and faithful this is rare one in Nagpur city. Thank you new era team.

I got a really bad experience, I went there for my babygirl ear piercing which wasn't done correctly one ears hole was way out of the expected place and the other one is barely at the right place. when I complained about it the doctor's suggestion was to putting bigger ear rings to hide the misplaced hole I mean seriously ???? I am feeling very sad I tortured my baby and didn't get the proper results too. The eartop which I selected were not available and they decided to use somewhat similar ones, and the charges are high too.Overall I would say the doctors who handle pearsing are highly unprofessional she herself had an eye infection and she was treating children without wearing shades, I would not recommend it to anyone please take care of your little ones. I am removing both these and will do it when she is old enough
