The single star is for Dr. Panchabhai and Dr. Jiwankar rest front desk administration staff is purely hopeless. My father was admitted there he was in a critical condition and unfortunately he passed away same day. Nothing to say about that but I paid rs. 20000 plus for about 5hours of his hospitalization including medicine but they didn't send death report to the respective NMC zone office since 24.11.22 till today. It's been almost 20 days now and because of that I was not able to collect death certificate till date. Very hopeless and arrogant front desk staff. Dr. Dhoble was also careless about sending online death report. He is just like his admin staff.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Patil were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Patil really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor has really put me at ease
Before going to Navoday Multispeciality Trauma and Critical Care Hospital I have visited 2 more doctors in Nagpur. But there I was treated only as a customer not a patient.
But here at Dr. Patil's clinic I got satisfaction and he guided me very well
so I highly recommend this clinic.

3 stars only for the Nursing Guy who stayed all night Just to make sure my mother recovers till morning as we had to admit her late night
