This housing development is a long delayed operation. Sarkaari organizations like MHADA and NMRDA have effectively wasted millions of public's money from both customers and tax paying citizens and created nothing but a large number of unlivable bhoot bungalows at a prime location situated just 500 m off the busy Nagpur-Amravati Hwy on a beautiful green hillock.
The site has become a haven for unwanted elements who abuse the shoddily constructed structures while sarkaari office babus bicker and fight at the expense of their customer's time and money causing great distress and harassment. What could have been a great residential location for hard working middle class Nagpurkars has become a drug den and alcoholic adda.

Large number of abandoned and under construction buildings on a significantly huge amount of area. Been this way for several years now. Encroachment cropping up around this place and people come here often for small parties and get togethers.
