This is soo disappointingg!! I was a very old customer of this shop since 2009.. i bought a sandal as a gift for my mom from this shop but the size didnt fit so i asked them for exchange just after an hour.. even after requesting them they refused it so badly.. we called them 3 times to convince that we will buy from the same stock.. but very bad response.. not friendly at all... this is not the way to behave with your customers

Located on the Dharampeth high street and hence becomes easy to find. Good collection with superb quality.

Worst experience...Mr Gautam Kadam is very rough and mannerless person...he doesn't know how to handle with even an old customers...he use very bad language with ladies...I request the management please take some action against him......
