His team is not up to the mark of your expectations, I am really disappointed because of their work, we hired him for our cousin's wedding and after the event we saw the photographs and there are some moments and my family members are missing. Not recommended.

*UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED*

I booked their photography in February 2018 for my wedding reception and Gruhpravesh. I was charged Rs 70,000. It included HD video for reception, candid + traditional photography, drone, 2 albums, whatsapp graphic invite. Below is my detailed review -

1. Quality of photography - The quality is subpar at best. The angles the photos are taken at and the detail and expertise in the photos is not worthy of a wedding photography. It could be best for a lesser important events like birthdays or so. Definitely not for a wedding.
2. Behavior of the photographers - The photographers sent to us were arrogant and behaved horribly with us and our guests. One statements from many is “Agar aap apne hisab se cheeze karne wale hai aur meri nahi sunenge toh main nahi kaam karunga”. You don’t need this arrogance at the most important function of your life.
3. Never received any whatsapp graphic invite - They promised us a whatsapp graphic invite before the function. Never received anything.
4. Denied 2 albums - When it came to printing albums, they didn’t remember that my package included 2 albums. I was wise enough to forcefully ask for a receipt and mention inclusions on my receipt when I had made the payment earlier. This saved me.
5. Delay in albums and video - They took 2 months to deliver my album after I submitted my selection of photos, which was after 2 months. VIDEO WAS GIVEN TO ME AFTER 5 MONTHS. Video doesnt need any photo selection. Why 5 months? Terrible.
6. No use of the drone - The function was for 4 hours at least. The drone operated for a maximum of 20 mins. And it is apparent in the photos. There are abysmally low number of drone shots. Can barely see any.
7. Extremely poor communication with the customer - After my function, I would have contacted them at least 15-20 times to follow up on things. Everytime I was told “Sorry I am in a shoot, I will call back later”. I didn’t receive any call backs. There is absolutely no customer centricity, They only believe in taking the money for the booking, somehow shoot the function and then forget the customer.
8. 27 minute video of a wedding reception? - How does a wedding photographer delvier a small 27 minute video of a wedding reception? Is this a joke? This was a wedding reception. Not a casual youtube video they were making. A 4 hour function and the video of 27 mins? Even after editing, you should be able to make a good enough video which highlights majority of the people in the function. 27 minutes is a joke.

Finally, to conclude, I wrote this review to help the future customers make a better and informed choice about one of the most important events in their life. My advise would be to look elsewhere. I bet you will get much better quality, service, package and seriousness from any other photographer at less than Rs. 70,000. Paying 70k to these people sounds like buying a broken bike for a million dollars. It is not even about money, That 70k is gone. What saddens me is that the event cannot be repeated and the mistakes made by these people cannot be undone. I made a mistake by choosing them. I would advise you to not make the same mistake and go through the same mental agony I went through while following up with them on things, quality etc. There are plenty of good photographers who are looking to please customers with their service. Spend a little more time googling, visiting and make a better choice. Do not hire Manish Khatri Photography. (End)

Awesome Experience of Maternity Photography:

We came to know about Manish Khatri Photography through Facebook. Earlier I had talked to other photographers also for Maternity Photography. But, from the first chat to the end of photo-shoot, we felt Manish and his team including Tushar, Summet and Roshan are very cordial, highly cooperative and extremely professional. Cost wise also, they are quite reasonable, worth every penny. We had very good time during our Maternity Photography at Our Campus (Krishikunj, Bajaj Nagar) and also at Ambazari Lake Garden in-spite of humid weather, low light conditions, ninth month pregnancy and non-cooperative interventions from my son, Siddharth. They visited us multiple times, prepared props as we wished and cooperated with us with flexible time schedules.

Thank you Manish Bhaiya for such a cordial and memorable photo-shoot experience. We strongly recommend Manish Khatri Photography for all the good reasons and seasons. We will be sharing selected photos from Our Maternity Photo-shoot soon.
