My experience with Barkha Mam was nothing short of what I had expected from therapy - raw, motivating, endearing and confrontational - all in one. It was wholesome. The things I learned about myself, my emotions and the parts of myself that I uncovered help me be a better person to myself, my friends, family and one day hopefully to my own patients as well.
Overall, therapy here has helped me feel more like myself, truer to my flaws as well my assets.
Arranging sessions as per availability and convenience is easy, accessible and flexible in case of genuine problems.
I came across this facility through a friend and I'll always remain thankful to her.

Barkha is an expert therapist, also specialising in career counselling and a hoard of other things. She helped me through my journey of being a person with tragically low self esteem to being a well balanced individual.

I first approached her around 8 years ago when I was unsure of what I wanted from her, to be honest. I didn’t continue my sessions with her then, as I was also seeing a psychiatrist and thought that medicines will magically solve ALL my problems.

I’m glad I restarted sessions with her because not only was I able to manage my life better but also this helped in reducing my dependency on medications. That’s how good therapy works.

Barkha is adept in helping you untangle your emotions so that you can rationalise your thoughts in a targeted way. She is patient and an amazing person to talk to.

Excellent handling of the scheduling and appointments. 11/10 recommend Manahsparsh for all your counselling needs.

Hi, I’ve been taking therapy from Manahsparsh for 8 months now. The payment method is very convenient as well. The sessions always start in the time allotted according to your convenience. My therapist Simantika made me comfortable in the very first session itself (though it depends person to person). I’ve made progress in these months and I can say for sure that it has and is helping me to better myself in many ways especially in accepting and managing things emotionally. To anyone reading this, if you think that you might be or are facing issues that are hampering you mentally, there is hope and many other ways which will help you make things better for you and Manahsparsh is one such way. I can’t thank them enough. ????????
