Worst service there was no electricity while night bobone was able to sleep electricity is basic need and which we pay for but we don't get our services in time we pay all the bills and everything which they ask for but still the service given by the WORST no one will pick up the call on helpline centre and if they do they will not completely listen to problems and keep the call

pls be responsible and do proper maintenance in Narendra nagar,you get salary as we pay the bill.
Due to this our equipment will damage if will so will sue u soon .Mr incharge of Narendra nagar substation

Very bad at service, electricity is a basic need and this area’s MSEB is a big example of FAILURE!! Nagpur MNC should really look into this matter. As a citizen of Nagpur I am really frustrated and this is annoying.WORST SERVICE I dont know the amount they charge from us and the kind of service they provide is UNSATISFACTORY.
