Not giving proper rent compensation to owners in redevelopment in prime area. Very low amount quoted for rent, people cannot get rented house even in low budget areas like hazaripahad, dabha, or hudkeshwar, besa. Plot for redevelopmtn is in prime area of nagpur. cheap business habit. not paying even the basic market rate rent. amount paying in rent is less than 50% of basic rent in good locality.

Make sure before making deal with this company. Project gets delayed. totally unprofessional.

Edit-2.. Advise to new buyers., this is to make you aware of dealing with this builder for any new flat or project.

You have no knowledge about building redevepment, only one project to show-off. your construction quality is low compare to other builders.

u first understand the comment. what "disturb" ur business status, cheap business and duping owners. Rude and arrogant behavior of builder. Changes mind once project comes in his hands.

you get project in Nagpurs prime area and you have fooled the apartment owners. The rent you gave to flat owners who gave u their aprtment for redevelopment is not even the market rate rent. Ek room ka rent diya hain ****** in exchange of prime area.
