I wonder why I wasn’t using this website till now. Kifayat online is the best website if you want to purchase vegetables and groceries online. They delivered my order on the same day of placing my order. It’s a really good website with a wide range of products.

The worst app I have ever experienced whether it is in terms of delivery of items or the quality of products received, all other 5 star reviews are just fake, used only for their publicity.

I have ordered for the first time here and it has become my last order also
-Items were delivered openly without any packaging or wrapping in such pandemic

-No response from the customer care team even after calling for several days, I even written an email to them for the whole scenario but still no help.

- items delivered were completely air punctured, torn, and not in an acceptable form

- No policies, the customer care executive responded my single call after calling continuously for several days, she even don't know what to do, said that she will get back after reaching to her boss

I would suggest to everyone please don't let such apps fool you, they are just an headache and having 0 standard.

Better go with the standard apps like Amazon or flipkart.
