Poor shopping experience. ????

Owing to the untrained and rude staff.
The manager is a nice person but seems helpless given the untrained and slow team.

Buying a simple phone would take hours here.

The finance people there are unqualified time wasters and kind of egoistic.

Definitely not the experience you expect from an Official Apple store.

Visit only if you can stand for hours.

Hospitality was awesome, polite and helpful staff. Good place to purchase apple genuine stuff and claim warranty here. Apple gadgets are bit expensive than online but watching customer support and on spot solution seems worth it.

Overall Good experience. The store is easily approachable with car parking available. They have great variety of products and accessories related to Apple products however they mainly keep the latest model accessories which I thought was worth mentiot
