This service centre Open at 11 am. They are not authorised by Realme now. For realme please visit Realme store beside Haldiram Sitaburdi. Please remove that Realme board don't mislead customers.

It is a combined service centre for Lenovo and Motorola. It starts at 10 in the morning and is open till 5.30- 6 in the evening. It is suggested that you visit as soon as the store opens as it gets more and more crowded as time passes. There is a seating arrangement for waiting customers but it's not enough and some times the que oozes out of the store too. There are only 4 counters available.
All kinds of services are provided here, not only related to the mobile phone but also laptops and it's accessories as well.
The service is fast if you choose the time for visit carefully.
It's important that you take a memory backup before submitting your phone for repair. It is also recommended that you remove all the lock patterns from your phone so that is becomes accessible to the technician.
The employees are helpful and polite. They also clearly explain the problem with the device. The price of repairing is reasonable.
