ICICI bank should conduct people management training to their employees at all levels.
I feel everyone has no knowledge about bank operations. visited here regarding the credit card issue which we have not even ordered / asked for still they have sent this at my native place and keep asking for charges and when reported to bank manager they say we do not know about this issue. I met few people in a row they also have lot of complaints but these bank employees sitting in AC rooms say to connect with customer support on call for problem resolution and Customer support says visit bank for problem resolution. truly they need proper management that bring trust for their customers.

It's a fraud bank in nagpur scamming customers money becareful although ICICI Bank doesn't bother lost money they just care themselves

This branch has a lousy manager. On every visit he is on call never attend customer, takes ph number, will give his card and never calls back.
This experience is not just one but multiple times.
Bank should each some service etiquettes to him. If you are not providing better service thans PSB's why should people come.
This is fourth 1 star review for this branch doesnt look like ICICI is gonna take any action. Such pathetic experience.
