Very Very Bad Experience -
I wanted to close my loan, first they made me fill form on 3rd floor, then they asked for cash only, they refused to accept online or card payment, still I brought cash from ATM, then made me fill form and documents, After that everyone collects and says go to first floor with full cash and pay at cash counter and come back to third floor with payment slip, I have never seen such bad banking in my life, still SBI bank is better than you

If there were half I would have given that instead of 1 … poorest service .. employees are roming here and there … so long queue and nobody is serious for their work .. this bank doesn’t look like private bank even SBI service is faster than them … and don’t reply me with that write us on email on , there is no use of it ..

Parking scam going on here. If you come to bank for some work or to withdraw/deposite cash in the ATM, you need to pay the parking fees. If HDFC ATM is not working.. you still need to pay parking.. What is the logic.??
HDFC bank management should take strict action against this. Also the parking man is very rude and he doesn't give parking slip as well. Worst parking experience.
