We needed an Innova for its unmatched comfort. The ride was about to carry my father who had just discharged from hospital after the surgery. My bad that I tried to rely on apps for this purpose (deeming that I may find a good deal.

I searched on Uber, Ola, and MakeMyTrip to find a good deal for a Toyota Innova. But at last moment, when around 4-5 hours were left, their booking availability disappeared and I couldn't book with any app.

Moreover, the Uber doesn't tell you the 'exact vehicle' for booking the SUV ride, and MakeMyTrip has no clearance until you have it booked already

So then, unable to arrange a sudden ride, I searched and contacted Happy Tours for an urgent Innova.

And... Fabulous management! I had the ride ready before I was prepared to leave, and they had sent me number and photos of the vehicle already as soon as I contacted them. The driver was sophisticated and a gentleman, and he helped us a lot in turning the Innova into a momentary ambulance.

It had been really a great thing to find them at the right time.

Definitely recommended!
