Best investment in health as senior citizen. Thank you Saurabh and Trishala for bringing, easy, doable, daily health discipline in many homes.

Very well structured with cardio exercises, core strengthening and each muscle group toned with simple, compound and complex asanas without even realizing it.

Not to forget, multiple choice of batch time, can be done anytime, from anywhere, at our pace and ability.

Unfortunately, I do not access to comment box of either of your classes, and hence cannot thank you there.

So Happy to be a part of the World Record with constant supportive guidance of Saurabh Sir. Have been practicing yoga but was never consistent with the practice. But with Saurabh sir by side it feels like i can achieve my goal of fit body, mind & soul. I had been suffering from PCOS and was never able to get up from bed because of seviour pain. Now after being with HA Build and under Saurabh Sir guidance i do every asana without any pain during the monthly cycle and the cycle has been regular and the days are painless with zero cramps and cravings. Saurabh sir &HA BUILD have come in my life as as a blessing which i Would like to stay connected throughout my life. With the Smile in face when you say do how much you can gives more strength to push and do more better than yesterday. Got the privilege to meet you in Mumbai offline session, felt so positive just by coming in contact with your radiating positivity and high vibrations. With your guidance joined AOL also and witnessing some beautiful experiences which cannot be expressed in words. Now every morning it feels from within to get up and be on the mat for self health and happiness. THANK YOU AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU FOR CHANGING SO MANY LIFES.

Thank you so much Habuild. I am so glad to be a member of Habuild. I am 30 years old now and I love to do art and crafts but I had many health issues like pcos, back pain, lower back pain, tight hamstring, sleeping disorder, severe menstrual cramp, weight gain, full of stress for which I couldn't be able to sit for a long time. After joining habuild now l feeling free from these issues. Before I was 57 kg and now I am 53 kg. One decision changed my whole body and mind that is to join the Habuild yoga class. Thank you so much Saurabh sir, Trishala mam,Chhotu and all Habuild team members.Your instructions and teaching style how to do, what to do, what not to do, when to do, when not to do is very interesting. When I doing Yoga I follow your instructions and doing Chhotu' version. I love to hear "VERY GOOD", "GOOD JOB", "BAHUT BADHIYAA" lines. Specially I love your Laughing Yoga. Now Yoga and meditation are my medicines for all problems. I also recommend all my friends and family to join Habuild. Thank you so much again and again and again.................,????????????????
