I had a great experience at GoWell. I am very much satisfied with Dr Megha's antenatal class. The sessions were very helpful as well as fun. The exercises kept me active throughout the pregnancy.
I have recently delivered a baby and I am still getting Postnatal support from Dr Megha which is helping me deal with my postpartum emotions.

I started my antenatal sessions with Dr. Megha at GoWell which were a combination of physical exercises and theory. She is extremely dedicated in what she does and makes learning fun as the same time. From making sure that I was doing exercises properly to clearing all my doubts, making me well aware of the intricate details of the entire labour process to how can partner and family help in labour and postpartum period, she ensured that every thing was in place. Dr. Megha's one on one attention in the sessions made me more confident and prepared for the D-Day. Would sure recommend her for the Pregnancy classes!!!

One of few centres in India where you can get Matrix therapy under care of Dr Megha Madam.
Highly recommended.
