Equipments are good no complaints there, been here for a year. Several drawbacks to pointout but major negative highlights are-
1- Unprofessional and Biased Staff
2- Lacking basic amenities like water
3- Least bothered about client Satisfaction and their concerns regarding issues faced by another clients(probably gym staff's favourites)
4- Owner doesn't respond to calls if we have any complaints regarding ill-management of staff.
Wouldn't recommend ????

Best gym for strength training/ cardio /mobility stretches . Excellent personal training. Trainers are good and highly trained, specially Ishita mam who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I really appreciate ishita mam she helps to achive our goals physique and transform, give tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I highly recommend to all to experience and enjoy your workouts????
