One of the worst store. I have taken one puzzle game for bday gift. It was not fresh and when we opened few items were missing. Very bad service of staff and improper management of store products. Zero rating

Very bad experience... bought a costlier stroller from firstcry Krida square Nagpur....saleswomen told me that cost are same for a selected product as available on online firstcry plateform. No difference in cost.
I bought it trusting her.
But after buying it checked online and to me surprise the product was available on 25 % discount rate campared to 7% discount provided to me in shop.
For the same i called her...her explanation was prices are dynamically changing.

I checked prices again after 2 days..the product available in same price that is 25 percent discount.

Deeply disappointed from firstcry Krida square Nagpur Maharashtra India
