Yes its farmhouse. You can visit here in summer winter but for mansoon its the place... No roads and damm zigzag and in night time you will lost...google maps will start playing with you and will shop 100 ways... So MUST AVOID.
About farmhouse... Just after gate a swimming pool which is not clean blurry water no cleaner... And restrictions like no Dj sound after 10:30 and lights down after midnight so... Not happy with it.. yeah if you want to spend a day time here you can visit...
I must say... They just need to imporve fee things and road and this place become good.for everyone.

We visited this place with family.
The owner was very rude on phone also he said this was the cheapest farm house you will get in Nagpur. Kinda agreed to it since he said it will cost 8000 per day. We didn't foreseen the horror. Here is the pros and cons.
Cons
1.The pool never gets cleaned, the pool was sticky on the side walls also at the bottom, if you wanted to walk in water you should slip, it was so disgusting.
2.Everything you do here comes with a charge, want AC? pay 2k more, also the AC room is so small only 4 will fit, we were around 10. You want plates to eat food? Pay 500-1000, you want to do anything you will have to fork out money. If you total it up, you might get better deals in ambika for same rate.
3.This farmhouse has power issue, there is no direct power, they use solar or generator. The entire night power kept tripping and there was no stable power either for fans or AC. Every 15-20 mins powers was shutting down and it would come back up.
4.The Location is a nightmare. Good luck searching and finding this.
5.Swiggy and Zomato might reject orders, we ordered food here from Swiggy , the poor guy was asking us directions of how to go back. So you will have to carry your own food in advance, which you will keep in fridge so again if you want to heat it, they charge for the Gas, you will have to pay.
Pros
The ambience and construction is good, thats the only thing better here.
Been to many Farmhouses this is the first of a kind that charges almost for everything and gives no service. Never coming back, wanted a leisure vacation which ended in a headache.
