Extreme waiting time. They should allow telephonic appointment because waiting for 3 to 4 hours at hospital is really burdensome and patience with sever problems or mother of small baby or pregnant women face lots of difficulties at hospital waiting so long for getting there number.

Hi,
I went to Dr. Swarnkar for my mother's treatment from another city (150 kms far from Nagpur).
After explaining everything in detail, he missed out important symptom of the issue. He didn't provide medication for the same.
My mother's condition was not improved in fact it worsened after the treatment.
After revisiting the doctor, he doesn't idolizes with the symptoms, blamed us for not explaining the problem to him(I remembered each and every word we discussed, but he kept looking at outside crowd on TV screen. was not paying attention to us).
While asking for another visit, he asked us to go to another doctor rather than providing medication for the same. The reason given by him was "appointments are full".
I am no expert in medical field, but am sure that Dr. Swarnkar is not behaving like one.
He needs to improve his behavior and pay more attention to patients.
