Very good and convenience place to stay in western Nagpur. Metro station is walking distance. It's in the lane behind main market. Railway station and airport are almost equidistant. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Tariff is reasonable too. Only issue is car parking which is to be done outside the premises compound at your risk.

Not a good experience. We reached early morning to the hotel but as hotel was full we didn't get to do early check-in. but they allowed us to get freshn up and wait there till checkin time, but later the room was not available even after 1 hour of actual check in time. We had to ask multiple times to get the room as we were getting late for our visits. they were not even ready to give a refund and they were not able to resolve this. The person staying earlier in the room was not ready to vacate the room as he was not informed about check out time. Poor management. About other aspects - Very basic stay facility, don't expect hotel like experience. Too many mosquitos were there even after having good night machines. No Bathroom cleaning was done while handling over the room, when asked caretaker mentioned it will happen only when the cleaning person will come as per his shift till then you have to use bathroom as it is. Very less ventilation in rooms as we had to keep the windows closed because of mosquitos. Overall it's not good for a family stay. Poor management and don't expect any service.

Quiet environment. Ventilated rooms. Kitchen for DIY, helpful if with kids.
