I suggest not to visit this place not because of staff but the operational issue "Washroom is not operational" and if you want to use where will you go? They have literally no drinking water (only packed one).

It's been more than a week despite of complains & knowing the situation and they are still fixing, imagine how customers will be feeling.

The staff is good but their management is not.

Please go to some other place and Nagpur has many beautiful cafes where all basic facilities are there

When it actually comes to this CCD I must say that this one is the most coziest one. The ambience is good. Simply a cool place to go with your significant other. It’s quite, calm and peaceful even in the rush hours. You’ll just enjoy being here just sitting, talking and having a sip over your coffee. The food is also good and the staff is welcoming, helpful and smiling. Keep up the good work.

It was Serendipity. Needed urgent power back up for me to work online and therefore landed at this place. Good ambience. Support staff was courteous and supportive. The washroom was well maintained and hygienic. The outdoor and indoor space are well spaced. Overall a good place to hang out for official or unofficial purpose.
