If you have money than don't come to this place. Go to any other theatre, this theatre is recommended for the low income people who just want to watch movie. The audio is very small the screen is not clear.

Place is not that much clean.
Service is also not great as compared to Inox on Kamptee Road.
Toilets are not clean.
But film expirience is great.I loved to watch a movie here.
The canteen is not sequenced.
Ac and fans are available

It used to be great when I was a kid. The authorities didn't paid attention to the maintenance. So it got deteriorated.

Edit : Smruti now started as Buty Cineplex. The name has changed and also the services.
Went here after a very long time and saw some positive changes.
The premises is neat and clean.
Canteen served quality food.
But totally disappointed with the sound quality and the screen used.
Also there are security cams installed inside the theatre.
Parking space is good.
Staff is also good.
