Very bad experience. All my luggage damaged due water leakage. Also my valuable documents get wetted due to rain water leaking into bus. Before journey I was requested to cleaner abt rainwater till he not took notice of it. Very worst and not recoverable loss. Pl stop the business if you can't take responsibility.

Booked a Bus from Nagpur to pune on 18th March the bus broke down halfway midnight around 1 am all the people were stranded and have been told to make own arrangements.
When asking for the refund they have stopped answering their phone and stopped replying..
I request all of you to please do not trust this bus service. It happened with me maybe it will happen with you also tomorrow. Staff was unhelpful no one was ready to help. Please do not travel with them

Worse experience. We are stranded in Miraj waiting for bus from Kolhapur to Nagpur( 9th April, 23). It was scheduled to arrive at 5 pm and bus has not departed from Kolhapur yet (9 pm). Making Likely delay of 6 to 7 hours. Reason given by executive is, they have sent bus for servicing and there were no workers in service centre so there is Daly. .. whom are they making fool.. servicing on Sunday.. really..... We asked for refund.. but there was no response.. we were 7 people.. we requested to make arrangements in another bus for atleast. 2 people ( who had to attend office next day) but they declined.
I am feeling so stupid that I did not book Saini travels and went for BTP.
DO NOT TRAVEL BY BTP.
Not worth even one star.
