It is okay...... because it is a government office, but my personal opinion is "many workers working in BSNL don't have brains"..... One of the female employ took around 30+ minutes to search for a document, which I found on her desktop of computer...

The bsnl currently running in our country is serving really very bad because the employees working here are really too lazy to work, very hardly they will solve your problem, even they are so irresponsibe to have the salary from the indian government,I think if government is planing to sell this to any private authority then they are right somehow.Because this is very meaning less to pay the employee like this who is not responsible for their work.and these employes are the people who always try to oppose the privatization of the bsnl and even any other PSU,I think either they should work properly or government should sell these psu to private authority . I am giving you one example if you want to have a new connection then try this you will have to wait even for a month to have your connection of broadband,To belive try to have a bsnl broad band connection you will face this then you will realize .
