Bought a mini fridge for my aged mother.
Prompt delivery of their suggestion that kelvinator was a good brand. I do not live in India so I trusted Mr Nagesh Bapat the owner and his assurances and him giving me his personal cell that I could call him with any problems . I have tried to contact me several times but my texts have been ignored..
Fridge has been looked at 3 different times by a tech and remains un-repaired. It keeps leaking water into the fridge resulting in destroying all stored items.
At this point we are requesting this business to refund our amount as this equipment does not seem to be repairable.
We consumers should hold these businesses accountable for their actions or inaction and not let them take advantage of the public.
If any of the readers have any suggestions of how to hold this business accountable please advise.

Owner and the staff is helpful. Variety of appliances at a very discounted rates. Have fridges, TVs, ACs, washing machine and many more.
