Extremely poor service experience due to faulty product. Purchased Bosch fridge in Jan 21 (the cost was probably higher by 3k w.r.t. comparable products in mkt). It first went under breakdown in Mar 21 itself, after lodging complaint, service center took more than 10days to repair. Next in Aug 21, it started making heavy noise and water leakage, this was repaired within one week by the company.
After warranty period, in Sept 22 it stopped cooling, when complained, service center is asking visit charges (some Rs 800/-) +whatever part replacement. Three times Breakdown in one and a half year for costly product is unacceptable. For more than a month and writing many emails company is completely non responsive. I never expected this for the brand which I had so many regards. Invoice copy attached.

At Nagpur... We have purchased Bosch refrigerator in exchange. Vendor delivered it and old one was taken back at the same time. Old one was working, so we have all the stuff in open as to open and install the new one, company service man was supposed to come. Since 1pm we are waiting and taking follow up. Now it's 9pm, nobody has come. We got the number of service department, since evening we are personally calling them. All time they says within 30 mins service man is coming.
Matter is, all refrigerator products are in open... All weast...
Poor response poor service. Don't know about the product....

The Contact number given in the details is false, it never get connected and always says it is busy and call latter. do anyone have correct contact details ??
