The staff here don't care about the customers don't even follow the guidelines they even take bank off for lunch break for 30-60 min worst bank

Horrible experience while taking bank loan, worst and zero experience staff with zero knowledge, No transparency at all for any process, Will ask money every time and written application (in this digital world) for doing minimal activity. I would recommend don't even think of doing any financial transaction/activities with this bank branch. I want to give -5* to this branch.

Useless bank, donot even follow RBI guidelines and duducts surcharges over purchase of fuel using card at fuel station. And on complaining about this they donot even pay attention over this and this is second bad experience of mine with this bank before this there were a grevance against harrasement also registered.
