I will first list good points about this property.
1. This is near Ambazari lake (walk-able distance)
2. This place is near Haldiram Shankar Nagar Square (Dharampeth) - approximately 3.5 kms
3. Rooms are big enough (though not all rooms are spacious, so check before you confirm)
4. The front desk staff is courteous and they have a small pantry. So you can order tea/coffee. They can even get the breakfast from some near by place.
Now coming to improvement areas -
1. This place is not maintained well and needs to be dusted well (including reception/lobby/rooms/windows). The house keeping staff is on call so he/she is not available all the time to clean your room.
It seems they do not clean the room properly for next occupant and so it gives very unhygienic and shabby look to rooms and overall property.
2. There is no restaurant so you need to depend on Haldiram or Jog Kitchen for food. Jog Kitchen's food is very expensive compared to the quantity and quality. It is surely eatable but not value for money.
3. There are not enough parking slots available. In fact, parking is occupied by the landlord and so you need to park your car outside on the road. You can park inside (only single car slot) whenever there is a vacancy.
4. There is metro rail construction going on so roads have become really narrow so taking a walk in the lane is not enjoyable.

I would still recommend this place if the points suggested in the improvement area are well taken care of.

Located in the heart of the city, few hundred meters away from the main square of Pratap Nagar area, Nagpur, our 4-day stay of eight people
was warm, comfortable, convenient, well-received, with no disturbance, no noise, no chaos or crowd and good ambience.

Good space, well-equipped rooms with clean bed and bathrooms, individual privacy, and all-time available room service.

Definitely recommended if you seek a comfortable stay!!

There is a lady's house behind this hotel and their balcony window and door opens on the hotel sideway. That lady watered our food, abused our guests and asked not to do anything there. Anyone booking this place for party please ask the hotel owner how to prevent yourself from that abusive lady.
