Branch staff were always polite and were trying to resolve issue at the earliest visited twice there recieved call today...though need to update location on Google map
Happy to have axis account
My name is still wrongly mentioned in mails???? ...

Today,13 days after cancellation of DD... Refund amount has not been credited...no call or email from branch tiranga sq Nandanvan...
Branch contact no. not available to connect with ...
Customer care service has nothing to do with DD nor they have branch no.

Location on Google map is wrong....
Took too long to find the branch ....
Issue has not been resolved yet which was supposed to be resolved in 1 or 2 days ....
Overall axis Bank experience is good so far ... except for few issues which have not been resolved since opening account 7 yr back

Such a bad experience, I had a request to update my mobile no. since i am out of India my India sim doesnt work here so i got new sim and wanna update my mobile no for transation. I had call several time to contact patner but they are avoiding our calls and messages they told me to mail on their e-mail but even after doing that there is no response. My father also went to bank several times even though he is old. I hope Axis bank Nandanvan branch will understand and be more helpful to customer in future.
