Have been their local customer for 16+ years but since recent years my each visit grows more disappointment and frustration. I guess they are on the decline and do not care about customers any more
1. No more a breakfast or snacks place. Reduced to only Rasgulla, chamcham and seldom Sandesh
2. Visited them in first week of Dec and saw Rasgulla trays lying on floor . Their server came and kept the spoon literally on floor . The owner took the same spoon from floor and started boxing the Rasgullas
3. I ordered Chamcham after seeing how unhygienic Rasgulla was being treated. To my surprise , chamchams were packed in regular Pedha boxes. Need not to say , boxes not leakproof and while carrying the boxes , all the juice from Rasgulla leaked on clothes n on vehicle and the box itself got soggy. It was surprising to see a shop in business for years not packing Rasgulla in spill proof n leak proof box. Such a ignorance towards packaging ..
4. Rates have been increased exceptionally and quality as been degraded greatly over the last 3 years..

Overall, not so worthy.
Not the same Anand Bhandar anymore..

One of the oldest Bengali sweets and namkeen shop in the heart of city Dharampeth area main road. Now the old legacy of Bengali sweets served in old days seems missing.
