Choosing Anamaya for my yoga has been such a good decision. Ravneet is an amazing instructor, someone who combines her deep understanding of yoga with just the right kind of encouragement and mindful push to further one’s practice. It has been a joy and a revelation practising yoga under her this past month and I hope I can continue to reap the benefits I’ve been experiencing.

The studio itself has a dreamy and positive vibe, with its thoughtful design and stunning views. It is the best kind of start to the day that one can gift themselves!! Highly highly recommend!!

I am having an amazing experience in the yoga class! Ravneet’s guidance is both soothing and insightful, making the session perfect for practitioners of all levels. My experience with Ravneet has been pleasant, and I have relished each session. These classes have transformed my mind and body thanks to your knowledge and teaching approach.

The sequences are thoughtfully designed and well-structured, allowing for a balanced practice that covered a variety of positions and targeted different parts of the body. The smooth transitions between poses, which help me retain a meditative state and increase my general flexibility and strength, are a special highlight for me.
