Abhijit Majoomdar is a fraud builder, his attitude is a road chap men. He takes money from public and enjoy himself. Never complete the wrok and no maintanace of premises. all the people who have purchased the flats in all the Jayanti Mansions and Jayanti Nagari III are fully satisfied with the work and quality. Few people who have given negative comments and replies are unsatisfied. they expect each and every work of their flat ( repairing) should be done by builder for free and for lifetime. NO builder in the Manish Nagar, Besa and Beltarodi can give the amenities and quality like us. Jayanti Nagari VII has more than 70% bookings. if these negative remarks could affect us, we could not succeed in the booking despite the high pricing flats.
we have done each and everything which is possible for these people but they are habitual of free services lifetime. nobody wants to take responcibility except for their own flats. If the flat owners can understand the society and premises are their own like flats, these problems could not arrive. it is not only the responsibilty of the builder but also the flat owners to co operate. till date we are maintaining all the societies ( more than 10 years for Jayanti Nagari III) paying all the electric, water bills, security. tell me which builder do this for so many years?. just giving negative remarks and saying bad words to builder is the duty of few peoples who very well knows what help they got while purchasing and possession of the flat or row house. we have more than 2000 flats in manish nagar besa and beltarodi, only 10-15 peoples are giving negative comments. if we could be such bad builder our projects could stalled and nobody purchased the flats. but still people trust us , we know we have some pending works to do in only in one society. but that dose not meant we are fraud and enjoying on peoples money.
in the comments i will specially mention some name of the people publically what they are ,
1) Akhilesh Dwivedi- You came few days back and requested for NOC , you spoke so gently coz you want NOC which is very important for selling your shop. we have given immediately after your call, and what you did, you are making bad comments on us.
its very shameful .
2) Rahul Raut.- Your row house booking was about to cancel due to money problems, we have given you time and waited long, and this you have shown in your comment what is the benefit of helping.
3) All the flat owners of jayanti nagari VI, think twice before posting comments. we are still doing your works for free.
4) Bhavesh Katariya - already gone in police custody for many times for his behaviour in the society, people scolded him many times , really shameful.
we brought many leading brands in manish nagar besa and beltarodi and people know us very well. we don't think bad comments and wordings can make us weak.

After more than 5 years of launching we are facing many issue due to lower construction quality and many incomplete works (RERA extension till Dec 2021) in Jayanti Nagari 6. All flat owners of all previous Jayanti Nagari schemes are facing same problems from builder. He do not come true to his commitment.
