One of the most disasters service u will get once you purchased any vehicle. The technician have poor knowledge and experience for service. I recommend TVS company to concentrate on servics. Service centre ruining the name of TVS. Only because of service I recommend my friend and family not to buy TVS vehicle.

My experience with this service center was a disaster. I came to this center for a repair work of oil leakage from the engine seal and regular servicing . They came up and explained me the new AMC scheme they are having which is supposed to be very value for money (discounts in spare parts and service charges and labor charges). I got lured and bought up the AMC.

Till now the vehicle was working fine and good for me

Day 1 - (31/10/2020, 10.15 am) A technician checks my vehicle and told me that its a simple job just need to replace the seal. I agreed to that and left the vehicle with them so that i will pick it up in the evening after work completion. they called me and told that it will take some time and vehicle will be delivered by next day.

Day 2 - (sunday : half day) Technician came up with a lots of other faults when they opened the engine top. they asked to change few parts which were supposed to be damage according to them (but for me it was working fine and smooth). It will take some more time i agreed

Day 3 - They told me that things are little complicated inside the vehicle it will take some more time and total expenditure of rupees 3000 - 5000, i said okay to that and went off... i had asked them to make the repairs cheap n easy on my pockets.

Day 4 - (03/11/2020 : 5 pm) they came with some thing extraordinary n told me that there is major breakdown inside the engine and without my permission they replaced the whole assembly inside the engine (piston, shaft, forks, etc. etc.)

Day 5 - (04/11/2020 ) Gave me shock for life and handed me with a bill of 12000 rupees (12 thousand).

I saw some oil stains under engine area. they told me that it might be due to over filing an oiling greasing while servicing.
i observed the vehicle for 1 week and conclude that same oil leakage is there and primary issue of oil leakage was not resolved even after keeping the vehicle for 5 days and whole some amount paid for servicing which left me with sheer anger and disappointment

11/11/2020 :
went back to service center and told them regarding oil leakage but now from 2 locations (under engine and clutch/ belt box) they did some repair work and returned me the vehicle and assured that issue is resolved. did not took any charges.

observed vehicle for 2 weeks ..... again oil leakage from engine side. ( 5 - 10 drops overnight) anger and disappointment at its peak.

24/11/2020 : went back to service center and told them regarding oil leakage under engine they did some repair work replaced the seal and returned me the vehicle and assured that issue is resolved. did not took any charges.

observing the vehicle daily as i had not left a single penny trust on this service center any more.

AK Gadhi showroom has worst customer service.
I made payment on 31.03.2023 but I'm yet to get Invoice receipt.
Showroom staff Kapil, who deals with RTO related matters has denied to give me Invoice even after 7 days of the payment.

Showroom person are saying that they will give me only insurance at time of delivery.

He is denying me hand over RTO related documents. He is refusing my requests and not attaining my answers properly.

I am capable to handle my documents and register my vehicle in RTO office by self. But he is not handing over me other documents.

It is right of every customer to get following documents at the time of delivery.
1) Temporary R.C.
2) Form no. 20
3) Form no. 21
4) Road worthiness certificate
5) Tax invoice
6) Insurance
7) Helmet Declaration
8) RTO documents
9) Road Tax papers
10) Scooty Manual
11) Gate Pass
12) PUC certificate.

I am government servant. I need to hand over all the scooty related documents in my office. Due to negligence of TVS showroom I am facing many official difficulties.

This showroom is causing mental toucher to me.

Plz resolve my issue as soon as possible.
And hand over me all the above mentioned documents at the time of delivery.
