The photos on site are quite deceptive, after you look at the conditions in here.

The lights given are very dim. The caretaker does not give a damn about the resident's complaints. Plus for the price they charge for such living conditions is a hefty sum of 30k for single sharing, 18k inclusive of 12% gst for double sharing.

And this sum does not provide even the amenities like food or electricity. These are separate options that you have to pay extra for.

As zolo is charging such a large amount of money, it should at least try to provide a quality experience.

Worst Service and Literally cheated... This is a reveiw to warn other users that they charge very high Electricity and utilities bills (unfair, in my case they have charged almost 11k Electricity charge for 28 days). When I denied to pay such wrongful charges, they have deducted from the deposits. I will be complaining to authorities, and will post another review here once I get the solution on how to deal with such situations when we are cheated by Zolo.

It's been almost 2 weeks since I have been staying in this property and everyday zolo manages to raise the level of disappointment and frustrating I have with them.
To start off with, the property manager Siddiqui never picks up the call or answer to any service requests. There's no regular cleaning of washrooms or kitchen and you can yourself imagine the terrible conditions it must have been since 5-6 people share one flat.
The property manager Siddiqui never answer any queries or visit the property. When you contact zolo stays on their helpline or raise a request on their website they never pick up the call and close the service requests without any resolution.
Now, coming to the charges and onboarding experience, remeber there are a lot of hidden charges like kyc charge, property keys charge and so on.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here at all.
