Very bad experience. Wish I could get refund.

I joined Your Space Mumbai outlet on 20th July, and my experience has been challenging. I've been consistently complaining for two months with little action taken. Due to the food quality, I've been unwell for three days.

Additionally, I have some concerns that need immediate attention:

1. The lift lacks a bell, making it inconvenient and tiring to climb four flights of stairs. It also has operational issues and frequently stops between floors.

2. Housekeeping services are subpar, and I feel that I'm not getting the value for my payment.

3. Common areas are infested with insects and cockroaches, and the microwave and fridge are dirty.

4. The laundry room is in poor condition, with wet carpets, broken machines, and insufficient stands.

I eagerly await your prompt response and a resolution to these issues.

I've had such a positive experience living at YourSpace. The staff is always so helpful, and the events they host really make it feel like a community. Yourspace's attention to detail is impressive, from the cleanliness of the common areas to the thoughtful design of the apartments.

Your Space community events are always well-organized and enjoyable. I feel safe and secure living at Your Space. The security measures in place are top-notch and I never have to worry about my personal belongings.
